Friends of the Tame Valley is a group of residents caring for the section of the Tame Valley from Shepley Wood, Audenshaw, through Jet Amber Fields in Denton and Hyde and running into Upper Haughton and Whittles Meadows to Mill lane, Haughton Green.
Our members aim to improve and enhance the area for all to enjoy by getting involved in:
- Litter Picking
- Nature Conservation
- Footpath Renewal
- Community Events
- Habitat Protection
- Forestry Work
